I was pleasantly surprised by how well these jeans fit. They were just right and felt great as soon as I put them on.

I’m a bit torn on the fabric, honestly. A couple of the tops were really soft and easy to wear, like the kind you reach for without thinking, but then one jumper started going bobbly after only a few wears, which was annoying.

It’s not like the quality was awful or anything, and the fit was actually fine, no real complaints there. I just expected it to feel a little more durable for the price, I suppose.

I’d probably still buy basics from them again if I saw something I liked, but I’d definitely think twice about the knitwear next time and maybe check reviews first

One item was missing from my order when the delivery arrived, which was frustrating. I messaged them thinking it would turn into the usual hassle, but to be fair, they got back to me the next day and actually looked into it properly.

I still managed to get what I needed in the end, so I’d say it’s about a 4-star experience for me.

The food was tasty, and the cakes were my favorite part. I just wish it hadn’t been so pricey, because I left feeling like I probably spent more than I should have.

I’ve had a decent experience with the rewards so far. The points showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. I do wish there were a few more voucher options, but overall it’s still a solid perk.
